Please inspect your items and try them on (if applicable) immediately upon receipt. Items must be returned in new condition with a copy of the sales receipt and all packaging and tags in place. Used, scratched or damaged items may not be returned. Items without original packaging and tags will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Any product that you try on your horse must be free of horse hair and dirt. Please Do NOT attach the girth to billets when trying your saddle on your horse. Please take the appropriate precautions by using a thin saddle pad when trying the saddle on the horse. Items that are custom options are not returnable.
Most items(see saddles below) may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for exchange or refund to your credit card. Please call us for a Return Authorization Number first. We do not offer cash refunds. Shipping charges on ALL exchanges will be at the buyer’s expense. After 30 days, items may not be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased during special sales and may be exchanged for like items and the special pricing will be applied to the exchange items. Some closeout items may be ineligible for exchange or return.

Returns
Saddles may be returned or exchanged within FIVE days of receipt of saddle, but only if they are in NEW UNUSED condition, may not been ridden in, no wear marks may be visible. All return or exchange shipping charges are at your expense. If saddle shows any signs of usage, wear on flap, scratches, wear on billets, you will not be refunded and an exchange will not be made. We will return the saddle to you at your cost. Saddle must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and any paperwork.
Exchanges
Since we ship the saddles to you for free, if you return a saddle to us for credit to your card, you will be charged $25.00 for the initial shipping & handling of your order. If you exchange a saddle to a different size or any other saddle, you will be charged the exchange shipping costs.

Shipping on return items and exchanges are at your expense.
